In recent years the practice of manifestation has become quite popular on all social media platforms. Manifestation is the practice of bringing ideas or desires into reality through focused though, emotions, and actions. This practice is often linked to terms like “Law of attraction” (LOA), or “Scripting”. Many content creators share the opinion that using your emotions to get on the right “frequency” is key to bringing about a successful manifestation. There are several books, videos, and podcasts on the topic being brought to light. Some even encouraging others to join in, describing how to begin a personal manifestation journey.
For the past two years this practice gained popularity, especially from early 2024 to early 2026. Ever since, influencers have been constantly making new videos on manifestation, even sharing

their own stories on things they have manifested and made reality. Primarily, the youth have taken to this idea and popularized it. Many new youtubers appear to share their take on the practice.
Though there are several manifestation influencers, there are a select few people many may know. One particularly popular man named Neville Goddard was said to change the way reality was perceived by thousands of people. He was a Barbadian writer, speaker and mystic. His idea centered around the “Law of Assumption”. Meaning your imagination and assumptions create your reality and you can manifest desires by feeling as if they are already true, as consciousness is the sole reality.
Many popular artists have also partaken in the practice one way or another. Some of Ariana Grande’s songs can be seen as manifestation music, an example being “Successful”. The song speaks about being young and successful, affirming to herself she is rich and evolving. Beyonce has described when going onstage she gives herself an entirely

new persona, its name being “Sasha Fierce”. She assumes the characteristics she of an outgoing, confident superstar, suppressing her otherwise shy and reserved personality.
Despite these methods of assuming, Jim Carry’s method is quite different. In an interview he revealed he once wrote himself ten-million-dollar check or acting services, pretending it was real. He then carried it in his wallet for 6 months. Later in life he landed a role that provided him that same amount of money. He continued to share he use to stare at the headlights on M Holland Drive above him in the streets, saying affirmations about being the biggest star in the world until he truthfully believed his words.
Snyiah McMichael (9) shares her personal experience with manifestation, saying she believes in the practice. Her outlook on the topic revolves around hard work and affirmations.
“You’re speaking it (into existence) and you’re working for it,” said McMichael (9).
McMichael (9) speaks about a few things she’s manifested in the past. Claiming that hard work and consistency is key to reaching goals.
“I’ve manifested getting closer to God and also getting money, I’m working hard for my things and just praying every day, Said McMichael (9).
There are plenty of views on Manifestation you there to see. Some may believe it to be magic while so believe it to be hard work. There are plenty of things one can manifest.
