Paris Hilton released her visual memoir on January 31st, 2026. The memoir was a documentary which showed her music and now it saved her. The memoir was grouped into 5 parts which get in depth of her musical development and how she grew as an artist.

Part one discussed her focuses on the early chapters of her life and the beginning of her musical journey. This part was designed as an intimate documentary that transitions to her evolution from a “club kid” in the early 2000s and followed up to her musical debut in 2006 with her album, “Paris” and her recent album “infinite icon.”
Part two showed the transitions to her famous tabloid era into her modern- day musical reinvention and life as a businesswoman and mother. This part of the film emphasizes her growth through her musical therapy. Paris also highlights her neurodiversity as a superpower rather than a struggle. The documentary also highlights her activism through the “troubled teen industry” and how she was mentally, physically, and sexually abused at her time at Provo Canyon, the school in Utah for troubled teens.
Part three shows focus on Paris Hilton taking back the narrative and telling her story through her own voice and music. Continuing, this chapter highlights her transformation from her target of tabloids to a self-made powerhouse. The film shows her return to the recording studio for her first album in 18 years and her first concert at the Hollywood palladium. The film blends this chapter with concert footage and behind the scenes personal footage.
Part four goes over Paris Hilton’s past traumatic experiences and opens about the hard events of her lifetime. Paris is open about the abuse she endured from Provo Canyon as she hid secret to the world for nearly two decades. However, this isn’t the only time
Part five, the final portion of the film concentrates on her taking back the story from the media, moving on from her fake persona of the early 2000s, and turning trauma into strength. Moving forward, the film always explores how music saved her through the dark times she has faced, following her earlier documentary, “This is Paris.” The iconic finale features her 2024 concert as a peak moment from her life, also blending performance footage with personal reflections of her life. The film ends with her iconic song, “Stars are Blind,” released in 2006, which ended up being her most iconic and listened to song.

This film was enjoyable. With a play time of 1 hour and 50 minutes this film really had me captivated. It really highlighted her life and struggles to separate herself from being this famous “dumb blonde” persona. I also think it highlights that you never know other people’s lives and struggles unless you see it from their point of view.
I’m personally a big fan of Paris Hilton and seeing her being open with her life, especially when she released a documentary in theaters, really made me feel proud of her. Despite her expensive taste and lifestyle, this film really proved that no matter how much wealth and fame you receive, you still have feelings and struggles.
Overall, this documentary is a must watch for the weekend. It highlights the struggles, accomplishments, and happiness in Paris Hilton’s life. It proves that no matter what the disadvantages in life, you can still turn it around into something you love. This film personally had an impact on my point of view on life. I think the film was really entertaining, and I loved how the performances and personal footage blended.
